This 12 hour prep course is designed to prepare students for a career as a Commercial Truck Driver by helping them pass the CDL permit exam. It serves as an essential foundation for entering the trucking industry. Throughout the CDL pre-licensing course, you will learn crucial skills needed to begin your career as a commercial truck driver. The curriculum covers transporting cargo, operating commercial vehicles, and handling hazardous materials. Additionally, you will develop valuable soft skills that will enhance your employability with potential employers. Upon completing this course, you will be ready to take and pass the Alabama Commercial Driver’s License written exam.

This five-week online course is designed to prepare learners for the Certiport Critical Career Skills (CCS) Generative AI Foundations certification. The course meets online every Monday and combines instructor-led discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to build foundational knowledge and practical skills in generative AI.

This 30‑hour virtual course provides a foundational understanding of supply chain logistics with emphasis on material handling. Students learn how goods move through the global supply chain, the responsibilities of front‑line logistics roles, and the core knowledge needed to work safely and effectively. The course offers a broad view of warehouses, distribution centers, transportation systems, and inventory flow, highlighting how material handlers support overall supply chain efficiency. Completion of this course is the required prerequisite for the Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) program.

This virtual course is designed to provide students with mid‐level technical knowledge of the world of supply chain logistics. It covers the material handling aspect of the global supply chain and describes the mid‐level technical knowledge that front‐line material handling workers should master to perform well. It is designed to give students more practical insight into the industry and how the frontline worker fits into that environment. (Prerequisite  -CLA Certification) 30 clock hours

This six-month course is designed to prepare participants for the AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) exam. The course focuses on teaching fundamental medical coding skills for professional services, physicians, mid-level providers, etc. It covers CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding and includes a significant hands-on practice component where participants code in the real world and redact medical records using CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II code sets. The course ensures a broad knowledge of reviewing and assigning the correct procedure and diagnosis codes for professional (physician) services. Prerequisites include Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy courses. Work experience or other healthcare courses may satisfy these requirements.
